PCTFE film
Description:
PCTFE is a kind of high-performance engineering plastic, with the long-period working temperature ranging from -200 oC to 150 oC . By virtue of its unique rigidity, toughness and resistance to low temperature, it is resistant to various acids, alkalis, oils and most organic solvents. What¡¯s more, its superior electrical insulating property is free from the impact of temperature and humidity within rather high temperature range. Besides, it features outstanding gas tightness, excellent surface non-viscosity, high mechanical strength, and low water absorption.
PCTFE plates, rods are formed by the die pressing of polytrifluorochloroethylene.
Usage :
It can be widely used as ideal corrosion-resistant materials, low-temperature liquid valve components, corrosion-resistant equipment linings, transparent viewing mirrors, vacuum sealing materials, electrical a
nd electronic components, and electric instrument parts, etc.
