Difference between ITO Film and Memtal Mesh Film |
The difference point between ITO film and Metal mesh film is the conductive surface.
ITO PET film is 100% ITO deposited,
while Metal mesh film is a very fine micron mesh deposited on PET substrate,but metal mesh is more durable and can achieve <0.5 ohm/sq
with 80% VLT applicable for area of high EMI shielding requirement. Optical adhesive can be coated upon request for EMI shielding film

the mesh angle is 45 degree.
By the way, we also provide copper sputtered PC film, which adopt halogen-free flame resistant PC as base material.
A Cu-Ni conductive layer is formed by vacuum magnetron sputtering technology.
An extra black conductive coating can be done upon customer requirement.
This film is widely applied as electromagnetic shielding window for electronic equipment case, interior or vent of the cabinet ,horn mesh etc.

and electronics anti interference. The fine mesh is hardly visible by eyesight,hence this method is also developed for special touch control on display .
Despite of ITO PET film and Metal mesh film, we also customize copper sputtered PET film and Polycarbonate film for some general EMI shielding or RFD circuit.
