S150 BRUSHt hardcoated PET film for overlays
This is an optical clear PET film as substrate and BRUSH texture hardcoated on one side.The so called Brush means,the surface looks like scratched by hard steel brush,after printing it looks more like metal,similar Brushed Aluminium board etc.
The brush texture hard coated side is 2H hardness,it is finger print proof ,helps the printing comfortable more like metal looking.
It can be IMD,IML art. The other side is polished with a treatment for strong ink adhesion. All of solvent inks and most of vynl ink applicable,to help ink cost saving.
We can provide sheeting service.
With a window lacquar, you can easily print the area you want to be clear as a window
We also help to supply the varnish(the window lacqure),it is 1 kg per bottle.With 300-350mesh screen can properly printed.
