This is an optical clear PET film as substrate and velvet texture hardcoated on one side.This design is famous named by Autotex. V(velvet) is bigger particle coated than F(fine velvet) which is according to customer's requirement
The velvet texture hard coated side is 2H hardness,it is finger print proof and not dull(not reflective),helps the printing comfortable looking.
It can be IMD,IML art. The other side is polished with a treatment for strong ink adhesion. All of solvent inks and most of vynl ink applicable,to help ink cost saving.
We can provide sheeting service.
With a window lacquar, you can easily print the area you want to be clear as a window
We also help to supply the varnish(the window lacqure),it is 1 kg per bottle.With 300-350mesh screen can properly printed.
