FEP film , PFA film
Thickness :0.02 to 0.15mm, Max width : fold width 1000mm. If cut one side open ,you can get about 2000mm width.
Above sizes are made by the method of mould and blowing .
If produce FEP film with curtain coating , we can produce it upto 1200mm single layer FEP film ,and the tolerance can be controled upto +/-0.005mm
PFA sheet :
Regulare size :thickness :2.4mm ,3.0mm, 1.5mm . Max width can get upto 1200mm ,40m long .
5mm/10mm can be made upto 500x500mm
PFA sheet with firber glass can be produced too .
